Smart subscriptions

Pick who triggers a ping (any member, specific users, or roles) and who gets the ping (@everyone, @here, or a curated list).

Send pings anywhere

Route notifications to a dedicated text channel instead of cluttering the voice channel's chat.

Cooldowns

Set a per-channel cooldown to silence join waves and keep notifications from spamming the channel.

First-join mode

Ping on every join, or only when the first triggering member arrives in an empty channel.

Server controls

/status to audit every subscription, /global to pause the whole server, /access to delegate management to roles.

Per-user settings

Mute yourself across every server with /settings, or opt out of being added to subscriptions entirely.

1 Invite the bot

Click Add PingMan and pick your server.

2 Run /setup-channel

A short wizard walks you through triggers, recipients, and cooldowns.

3 You're done

PingMan now notifies the right people whenever someone joins a voice channel.
