PingMan
This privacy policy describes how milkry (the “Developer”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the PingMan discord bot (the “Bot”).
The Bot only collects and stores the following minimal information:
User Ids: The Bot collects and stores the unique identifiers of users who interact with the Bot.
Channel Ids: The Bot collects and stores the unique identifiers of channels where commands or interactions with the Bot occur.
Guild Ids: The Bot collects and stores the unique identifiers of guilds (servers) where commands or interactions with the Bot occur.
Commands Executed: The Bot collects and stores information about commands executed, including who executed them, where they were executed, and when they were executed.
Feedback Messages: The Bot collects and stores feedback messages submitted by users, including who submitted them and when they were submitted.
The Developer uses the collected information to operate, develop, improve, and promote the Bot. Specifically:
User Ids, Channel Ids, and Guild Ids are used to identify users, channels, and guilds for the purpose of providing the intended functionality of the Bot.
Commands Executed are used to analyze usage patterns, identify issues or improvements, and enhance the user experience.
Feedback Messages are used to gather user feedback, address concerns or suggestions, and improve the Bot’s features.
The Developer does not share any Bot collected information with third parties.
The Developer retains information collected by the Bot for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy. When information is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized.
The Developer takes reasonable measures to protect information collected by the Bot from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
You have certain rights regarding your information collected by the Bot. You may have the right to access,
correct,
update, or delete your information. To exercise these rights or for any privacy-related inquiries or
concerns, please
contact the Developer through discord or by using the built-in Bot command /feedback.
The Developer reserves the right to modify or update this privacy policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of or access to the Bot after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated privacy policy.
